AI時代における半導体およびシステム設計の変革が進む中、PCI Express®（PCIe）を中心とした高速インターコネクトにおいては、データセンターの「AIファクトリ」化に伴いデータ転送効率の最適化が重要課題となっています。
本セッションでは、PCIeがホスト接続、ネットワーク、ストレージで果たす役割や、帯域拡張、低遅延通信、信頼性への対応を整理するとともに、高性能SSDや大規模データ処理への適用例、さらにPCIe 6.0/7.0の新機能や次世代規格の方向性について解説します。

Ravi Swami is a Distinguished Engineer within the System & Verification Group (SSG) at Cadence, where he provides technical leadership in high-speed connectivity solutions. Since 2019, he has been at the forefront of developing and validating cutting-edge SerDes (Serializer/Deserializer) sub-system solutions. His expertise extends to the Universal Chiplet Interconnect Express (UCIe) subsystem, a critical component in the evolution of modern chiplet-based designs. Through his work, he has significantly contributed to the advancement of high-bandwidth, low-latency communication standards. Actively working on integrating Cadence’s PHY solutions in Die-2-Die solutions.
