Nagi Reddy Chitta is a seasoned technology leader with over two decades of experience in firmware architecture, hardware platform development, and cross-functional engineering leadership. As AVP - Embedded Software at MosChip Technologies (Silicon & Product design services), he leads embedded systems engineering across complex hardware-software integration programs.
His career spans hands-on engineering and leadership roles at companies including STMicroelectronics and Pace, giving him a strong foundation across semiconductor and hardware product domains. At MosChip, he has grown through successive leadership roles, driving teams from foundational execution to strategic program ownership.
Nagi holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications and is a Certified ScrumMaster.

Amit Kumar is a senior business line leader with 20+ years of global experience in semiconductors and IP segments focused on Product management & Marketing, Application engineering, Business development and Key strategic management roles with specialization in Automotive ADAS/AD and Robotics applications. Amit holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Diploma is Computer science and Master’s degree in Business administration with specialization in marketing and finance.
